Sensory Overload the Tour, and Sensory Overload TV have entered into an agreement with none other than SPEED TV. Speed will air Sensory Overload TV weekly, so make sure to tune in, and if for some reason your not at home, don't forget to set that Direct TV receiver, Tivo, or whatever you may have, even the ol VCR, you won't want to miss the action! This also brings MIKE Metzger into play as well, and we are truly excited about that. Mike will be hosting Sensory Overload TV, as well as announcing the live event to the SOT fans, all while back flipping and performing the tricks he is known all too well for, as one of the most highly decorated X-Games athletes of ALL TIME!!! Welcome aboard Mike, VERY stoked to say the least! 2009.02.26 A musical allegiance is born! SOT and newest partner, RoadRunner Records, www.roadrunnerrecords.com has come together. RoadRunner will provide music for play during the SOT Tour shows, for Sensory Overload TV, the SOT Tour DVD, and also will enable the tour to put in a "live music", featuring bands like Blackstone Cherry. Roadrunner also brings great marketing opportunities through web, and most importantly their Street Team, known as the "RoadRunner Road Crew". They will promote the event in tour locations prior to the arrival of the SOT tour; helping to let existing fans know of our arrival, and new fans that we have come to town, so NO ONE will miss the show, because there is simply no reason for that! 2009.02.23 The SOT Tour will be featuring Davey Hamilton Racing and Davey's new Indy Pro Series team on select segments of Sensory Overload TV. SOT would like to congratulate Davey on the formation of his new team, and look forward to helping bring them their due exposure, as they race for an IPS title in 2009... 2009.02.16 SOT has gone into talks with Tim O'Brien of Livfast out of Reno, Nevada in regards to our freestyle motocross athletes. We are in the midst of a deal to bring consdistency to the athlete line up, by bring Drake McElroy, Greg Garrison, and Jesse Joelson. Also this would add to the announcing mix Tim O'Brien himself, and the ongoing rival between he and co announcer, SOT President, Chad Ottenbreit, who backs Tony Stewart,. while O'Brien is in Jeff GOrdon's corner, and has the shoes to prove it, check it out!!! Walker. The SOT crew was fortunate enough to meet the man behind the events put on by the Air Force, at Darlington last race season, and I must say, nice job Sgt. Walker. With hopes to somehow merge the SOT Tour into the existing program the Sir Force has put together to run with the Nascar schedule, we are doing all we can, it's a perfect fit, they like to fly, and if you haven't checked out our newest promo video, GET IT DONE, cause we do too!!! 2009.02.13 Some may call this a day of "bad luck", no tus, today we brought in Carter Gibbs, long time action sports brand manager and owner, and event / marketing guru. To say we are lucky to add Carter to the team, is to underestimate on a new level! Welcome Carter, STOKED to have you onboard... 2009.02.12 Check out the newly updated schedule, were getting close to locking it down, and have added several shows, not in your town, but see a race we need to be a part of, hit us up, let us know, if it can be done, and it usually can, we'll do all we can to bring the SOT Tour to your hometown! 2009.02.11 Now this is one we can truly be proud of. The SOT Tour has put the wheels in motion with Ryan of West Coast Customs to bring to you throughout the tour his WCC and Wrench clothing lines. You see Ryan and the West Coast crew, but just don't know where to get it, well now you do, you can come see some of the worlds best action sports athletes, as you see the best of the best in the Indy and Nascar Racing Series, and hit us up for some of the WCC and Wrench product you've been looking for. This is one of those partnerships you hope for, and you know will be good for all, including the fans looking to pimp out that wardrobe hanging ij your closet... 2009.02.10 WHERE DID THIS COME FROM!, actually its been in the works, or at least our minds, but its finally coming together! Entity, the producers of the SOT Tour are on talks with Shane Azevedo, long time open wheel racing family member, to put on the Indy Racing Series Racing Schedule, the Sensory Overload Car!, that's right, we don't just watch the racing anymore, and participate as a show within the show, were working everyday to take it to the next level, and that is just what we plan to do! Will this happen this year, n one knows yet, but some plans are to possibly pull something big out for May, and if you know open wheel racing, than I think you can figure out where we are trying to go with this!!! 2009.02.09 Not in usual Sensory Overload fashion, were looking to mix things up for the NHRA stop in Las Vegas April 2nd-5th, and bring you the SOT Tour in conjunction with the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino. What makes this one different, is you usually expect the SOT Tour crew to set up at the racing venue, but this time we are in talks with the HRH crew to set up on site at the casino, and do it in true Vegas fashion, and no one does that better than the Hard Rock, but you knew that! This surely is one you don't want to miss, but if you do, for some ungodly reason, not that there is one we know of, we don't play by the rules, and unlike they say, what happens in Vegas gets broadcasted on the SOT Tour site, and also, of course our weekly TV show on SpeedTV. Doing all we can, stay posted for the final announcement on this one... 2009.02.09 Entering talks to beef up the SOT Tour Nascar schedule and looking to add both Bristol and Pocono, stay tuned, we'll make it happen for the fans out there, that's what we do!!! 2009.02.06 Two new events, Kansas Speedway, first stop April 24th-26th for the IRL racing festivities, and than back October 1st-4th for Nascar, Kansas is without a doubt one of those tracks and fans that leave the SOT Tour crew coming back, and we want to thank Jean at the Speedway for working with us to make it all happen! 2009.02.06 Lowes Motor Speedway is on the schedule for May, one of the premier facilities in motorsport, mix in with some of action sports best show men, I think you get the idea! 2009.02.05 Championship Time!!! In the works of the SOT 2009 schedule, Champions Week at Miami-Homestead Speedway for both the IRL and Nascar series schedules. Come out and see the best of the best, put on a show worthy of the two major racing series would be Champions, no telling what we may bring to the table on this one, but definitely will be one for the books! 2009.02.04 Now in the works, a plan to do a run out to the western states in July to attend not 1, not 2, but 3 NHRA national events, this is a new one in the works, so stay tuned as dates are confirmed, as this one is new to the program, but the SOT loves the ¼ mile, and we are doing all we can to make it happen... 2009.01.28 Moving along to fulfill the proposed SOT Tour schedule, talks continue with Kansas, Indianapolis, Texas, Iowa, Richmond, Kentucky, Mid Ohio, Infineon, and Homestead Miami for their Indy race weekends, Richmond, Lowes/Charlotte, Atlanta, New Hampshire, Kansas, Martinsville, Talladega, Texas, Phoenix, and Homestead Miami for their Nascar race weekends. We are doing all we can to make the SOT Tour will be in a town near you this racing season, so help us out, and let them know, that YOU want to see SOT the Tour at your race weekend... 2009.01.26 Adding another one to the list, and another Nascar weekend, look for the SOT Tour to be at Dover Speedway, www.doverspeedway.com for another big weekend. And the possibility of attending both their respected Nascar race weekend schedules, plans to attend the September race weekend are in the works, and something a lil special for the working families that drive this great nation on this long weekend dedicated to them, and we are working on the May race weekend as well... That's we right, we may be in two places at one time!!! 2009.01.22 Now in talks to finalize a deal with the Michigan Speedway www.mispeedway.com for not only one but 2, yes both their Nascar race weekends, and being in the hometown of the automobile industry, and due to the hard times that industry like many is currently in, we want to really bring it the fans of Motor City, and plans are in the works to do just that... 2009.01.20 Adding to the series schedule, look for the tour to be a part of the Indy race weekend at the Milwaukee Mile www.milwaukeemile.com May 30th and 31st. Not sure what this one exactly has in store for the fans of Milwaukee, but the SOT crew will without a doubt bring something unique and original, so keep posted! 2009.01.15 A return to the inaugural ball! SOT will be returning in 2009 to the track where it all began in 2008, Darlington, Sc www.darlingtonraceway.com. Heading out east to join them for the mothers day weekend event May 8th and 9th. AS the track that helped to kick the SOT Tour into action, the crew here have come up with a plan to surprise Jeff and his crew at Darlington and of course the fans with something a bit off the SOT path, stay tuned to hear an exciting announcement of the SOT rider line up for this event, and as always, we got a few in the back pocket for this one... 2009.01.12 Adding to the schedule, plans are in the works to have Watkins Glen www.theglen.com an American icon with more than just history, but some of the best road course racing available host the SOT tour for it's 4th of July Indy race weekend.
